The 28 cm Industry 5 frying pan with NanoTouch technology is ideal for preparing generous portions for 3 to 4 people. This pan is part of our high-quality Industry series and is made from a durable 5-layer material. This construction guarantees fast heating and perfect heat distribution right to the edges, so you can fry evenly every time.
The innovative NanoTouch technology creates a stainless steel cooking surface with micro-irregularities that distribute fats optimally across the pan. This allows you to effortlessly cook lean chicken, delicate fish or crispy potatoes, even with a minimal amount of fat. The surface is particularly scratch-resistant, so metal spatulas or spoons are no problem. This pan is completely PFAS-free and therefore safe for daily use. The Silvinox® treatment protects against discolouration and makes cleaning extra easy.
The pan can be used on all heat sources, including induction, and is also ovenproof. However, avoid using the boost function on induction, as it emits too much heat, which can damage the material.
The ergonomically designed, welded handle is stable and comfortable to hold. Thanks to the solid welding technique, there is no room for dirt to accumulate. The pan is dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended for a longer lifespan. Tip: after use, fill the pan with warm water and a little washing-up liquid, leave to stand for a while and then clean without scrubbing.
White or dull spots after cooking? They can be easily removed with a little vinegar or lemon juice.
