A masterpiece made from precious curly birch and special Flower Damascus. The extra-hard core of MicroCarbide powder steel is encased in 100 layers of steel. The blade is hand-ground using the traditional Honbazuke process, which enables outstanding precision. The elegant handle made of finely grained Masur birch in a traditional D-shape offers a balanced feel - and makes each knife unique. The Nakiri is traditionally used as a vegetable knife in Japanese cuisine.
